The same account works in the app and here. No card until you decide to keep it.

What you get

The roster.

“Nathan · 14 of 21 planned · cooked 3 · ⚠︎ 1 sodium day over · today.” Sorted by who needs attention. Every figure is the client's own, and only what they agreed to share.

The client, in full.

Tap a name: the week they planned with each day's totals against their targets, a tick on what they cooked, four weeks of cooking, and their table — allergies, diets, health needs, the people they cook for.

Send a week.

Fill the gaps or start fresh, this week or next, with a word from you. Their app plans it around their own needs the moment they tap Add it. Every dish carries your name.

Set targets. Leave a note.

Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre, a sodium cap. They see it as a card — Apply, or keep their own — and every dashboard follows. Your notes wait at their table.

Numbers a trainer can stand behind.

Nutrition checked against USDA data, sodium included. Adherence without a food diary: Cook Mode's “I cooked this.”

Questions

Do my clients pay?

No. A client gets the whole app, free, for as long as they like — with or without a coach. You pay for the seats on your roster.

What do I see?

Exactly what the consent screen lists: the week they planned, what they cooked, and their table — allergies, diets, health needs and targets. Never their saved recipes, their other households, or anything they did not agree to.

Can I change their plan?

You can send a week, set targets and leave a note. Nothing you send changes their app until they tap Apply or Add it. Allergies are theirs alone to set.

What happens if they leave?

They can leave from their table at any time, and you can remove anyone from your roster. Either way your view ends at once and everything they planned stays theirs.

Is this a medical tool?

No. Plate Planner plans meals; it is not a medical record and not for clinical use. It is built for personal trainers and coaches, not for treating a condition.

How is it billed?

$1 per client per month, with a $15 minimum, on a card through Stripe. Seats follow your roster; a client who joins mid-month is billed from the next one. Your first fourteen days are free, for up to five people.
