Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 lemons

Method

  1. 1Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. 2Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. 3In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.
  4. 4Brush the herb-infused olive oil mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. 5Cut the lemons in half and juice one half over the chicken breasts.
  6. 6Place the chicken breasts on a preheated grill over medium-high heat.
  7. 7Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. 8Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
