- 1 medium boneless chicken thighs, about ½ ¼ pounds total, pounded to ⅛ inch thickness
- 1 large lemons, zested, then juiced
- 1 large oranges, zested, then juiced
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 slices of cheese, such as cheddar or parmesan, thinly sliced

Method
