The grilled salmon is a delicate balance of flavors, with the bright citrus of lemon and the piney freshness of rosemary complementing the rich fish. A sprinkle of garlic and a pat of butter add a savory depth that elevates the dish to new heights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lemons
  • 2 salmon fillets (3 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ⅛ cup pine nuts
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method

  1. 1Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. 3Season with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
  4. 4Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
